Depending on the nature of the issue, this may include a repair, replacement, or another appropriate remedy, following an assessment by our Quality Assurance team. What's Covered?
● Genuine manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship that were present at the time
of delivery and that impair the product's function, safety, or structural integrity
● Structural faults that are not the result of normal use.
● Faults verified by our Quality Assurance team.
What's Not Covered?
● Normal wear and tear from everyday use.
● Accidental damage, misuse, neglect, or improper care.
● Natural characteristics of materials, including variations in wood grain, colour, texture, or stone, where these are inherent to the product.
● Damage caused by incorrect assembly, storage, or use outside the product's intended
purpose.
