Returns & Quality Policy for Rugs

At FableRoom, we believe thoughtful design deserves thoughtful service. Every rug we make is crafted with care, and our returns policy reflects that same standard: flexibility when your needs change, and reassurance when something isn't quite right. We collect rugs ourselves, free of having to move an inch, so returning one is as effortless as receiving it.

14-Day Easy Returns

You may return your rug within 14 days of delivery. To qualify, a few simple conditions apply:

Condition: Unused and unaltered, in its original packaging with all tags intact.

Proof of purchase: A valid proof of purchase must be provided with your return.

Refund timing: Once your rug arrives back at our warehouse and passes inspection, your refund is issued to your original payment method within 7 days.

Return Charges

Returns within the first 14 days are completely free of charge, provided the rug is damaged or defective. In all other cases, a return shipping fee applies as follows:

Rugs (non-damaged, non-defective return): €20

Exchanges and replacements are never subject to return fees. We handle all of the return logistics on your behalf, every step of the way.

Restocking Fee

Rugs purchased under clearance are eligible for return only within 14 days of purchase, and a small restocking fee applies:

Rugs (clearance items): €30

365-Day Extended Quality Guarantee

Because craftsmanship matters.

Our quality promise goes far beyond delivery. Should your rug exhibit a demonstrable defect or deterioration within 365 days, we will provide a suitable solution, be it through return, repair, or replacement.

Return Process & Conditions

Condition required: Your rug must be returned in like-new condition, with original packaging, tags included, and any accessories provided at delivery.

Customized rugs: Made-for-You (customized) rugs are not eligible for return.

To start a return: Email support@fableroom.com with your order number, a brief description of the issue, and a supporting photo if available.

Collection: As a rug is a larger item, we arrange a convenient pickup directly from your home, so there's no need to arrange drop-off yourself.

Cancellation Policy

Every FableRoom rug is curated and crafted with care. We can accept cancellation requests only within 14 days of your order confirmation. After this window, your rug will already be with our makers, and we will be unable to process a cancellation.

To submit a cancellation request, simply email us with your order number, and we'll take care of the rest.
